Beacon Hill
The Beacon Hill neighborhood has some of the most established properties in the area. Located just southeast of downtown Seattle, Beacon Hill has been a cultural melting pot for years.
Living in Beacon Hill means choosing from a variety of single family bungalows and craftsman-style residences. Many of these have been restored or are currently being renovated. For home buyers, there is a vibrant range of opportunities: brand new construction to fixer-uppers.
Local businesses have a long-standing tradition within the community, and in the late '90s, Amazon.com moved its corporate headquarters here (It's the gold brick structure sitting high on the hill).
