Don’t Hide Anymore, Sellers!

Today’s post will be short and sweet – we real estate practitioners need to use all available platforms to get the word out.  It seems the newspapers are starting to let the public know that the buyers have been coming out in droves lately, and the problem is a HUGE lack of inventory.  Sellers, please, consider giving the market a try – your house will probably sell, and for more than you thought.

My fellow real estate practitioners and I are having a lot difficulty finding homes for our buyers – will you call us and have us do a market analysis for you, to update you on what the market’s doing and what your house could sell for?  Open houses are quite busy lately, with everybody saying the same thing – “it’s just the same old tired listings – we need some new houses to look at!”

Please consider looking into an upgrade or a downsize – the buyers are clamoring for it!
